baliosoft is very flexible and adapts well to both the customer’s needs and our needs as a partner.

The technology is open, so that connecting third-party systems — if inter­faces are available there — is possible without any problems. If an interface is missing, it is added without complications.

Working with baliosoft is simply enjoyable. You can rely on the fact that what has been agreed upon will be imple­mented. And if there are problems, which are almost normal in projects, you will be informed in time so that you can take counter­mea­sures. A really pleasant partnership.

The higher customer loyalty through the intro­duction of bs one is a huge advantage for us. Once the customer decides to implement the solution, there is always a need for expansion. Appetite comes with eating — and with the countless function­al­ities that the toolkit offers, there is always potential. This ensures long-term customer loyalty — and thus revenue.

The baliosoft consul­tants don’t stick to the fine print. And much more impor­tantly: they don’t simply implement what the customer wants, but rather criti­cally question why a requirement exists and whether it really makes sense.
